I suspect a cold joint under a 0.8 mm pitch BGA on a prototype, but I don't have X-ray access this week. The board mostly works but fails vibration testing intermittently. I've tried freeze spray to localize it with limited success. What non-destructive tricks have you used to confirm a suspect BGA joint?
