We're a five-person hardware team and the Cadence license cost is hard to justify, but everyone says its constraint manager pays for itself on dense boards. We've been on KiCad and it's fine for two-layer stuff. For those who switched, did Cadence actually save you respins on four-plus-layer mixed-signal designs?
